I think I’m going to be sick…
Obama in his remarks offered praise to controversial cleric Sheikh Abdallah Bin Bayyah and referred to him as a moderate Muslim leader who can help combat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’s (ISIL or ISIS) radical ideology.
However, Bin Bayyah himself has long been engulfed in controversy for many of his views, including the reported backing of a 2004 fatwa that advocated violent resistance against Americans fighting in Iraq.
This is not the first time that the Obama administration has extoled Bin Bayyah, who also has served as the vice president of a Muslim scholars group founded by a radical Muslim Brotherhood leader who has called “for the death of Jews and Americans,” according to Fox News and other reports.
The State Department’s Counterterrorism Bureau (CT) was forced to issue multiple apologies earlier this year after the Washington Free Beacon reported on its promotion of Bin Bayyah on Twitter.
“This should not have been tweeted and has since been deleted,” the CT Bureau tweeted at the time after many expressed anger over the original endorsement of Bin Bayyah.
However, it appears that Obama and the White House are still supportive of Bin Bayyah, who, despite his past statements, is still hailed by some as a moderate alternative to ISIL and al Qaeda.
There are days I truly think, “This can’t really be as bad as it usually looks…”
I wake up!]]>
There are just some things that shouldn’t have to be said. Whether you’re a republican or democrat, black or white, liberal or conservative, Christian, Jew, or atheist, some things should just be expected!
You shouldn’t have to be publicly shamed into not being the jerk of the century if you’re the President of the United States should be one of them.
And when it comes to the men and women in uniform there should be such deep and abiding reverence that you NEVER let those serving under your command feel slightly, less important, or just not worth your *cluck of the tongue* TIME!
Respect should flow from you as the Commander in Chief like water from Niagra Falls.
Because let’s face it, without the bloodshed of hundreds of thousands in uniform for each of the last three centuries you wouldn’t get to step off the perfectly air-conditioned Marine One helicopter, in your bespoke custom suit, and your $2000 Armani shoes.
Yes… If you’re the President of the United States you are the public servant in chief and your attitude particularly towards those who cart your ungrateful glum filled mug from place to place deserve you to respect them.
And the sign of their commitment to our nation and We The People who YOU work for is that their salute to you will remain crisp, at attention, and always vigilant, ready to sacrifice their life for your sad, self-centered, shell of hubris.
When you make jokes about not being able to relate to the common struggles of humanity–particularly those that you cause--the very least you could do in exchange is be a wee bit grateful that even though you and the Mrs. seemingly can’t be bothered to lock the front door to your own residence, but those committed to your safety still prevent some mad man from using his hunting knife to do you harm at an unsuspecting moment.
Mr. President some things just shouldn’t have to be learned. But print this out–in case you forget.
You serve us.
And you should ALWAYS be grateful for those who serve to protect.
Because you would literally be no where without them.
And a grateful heart might do you some good!]]>
Repeatedly–in recent days–The White House, The Justice Department, and The Dept of Homeland Security, have all made direct claims or very strongly implied assertions that reports of vulnerability or likelihood of an attack on U.S. soil were just overblown politically-oriented attacks against President Obama.
Yet repeatedly–in recent days–more evidence continues to mount that ISIS is already here and the fact that we have not yet been attacked is likely attributed to being very fortunate this far. (As opposed to having A STRATEGY in place to deal with ISIS!)
When the government watchdog Judicial Watch reported that ISIS sits across a river, organizing and creating an operational HQ whereby attacks against the U.S. Homeland could be originated, democratic congressional members, and The White House, discarded the idea.
When the New York Times reports that the porous southern border was allowing ISIS to prepare car bombing incidents along the southern border–The White House uses an array of qualifiers to make it appear absurd that ISIS would even dare try anything against us.
But yesterday the Feds arrest a 30 year old New York man on charges of doing work for ISIS.
And today FoxNews reveals a bombshell in which law enforcement was warned as early as July of impending ISIS attacks. Where ISIS members/defenders would look up the home addresses of our service personnel then show up unannounced and slaughter all they find.
It is time the White House joins reality!
Because to quote a line from the Baz Luhrmann classic, “Look out Christian, they’ve got a gun, and they’re going to kill you!”]]>
Our nation is sick…
We are sick, sick, sick, people. We have become the equivalent of the cult spoken about in the Old Testament scripture when it references the god of Molech.
The sick and twisted people in that cult voluntarily sacrificed their children, burning them alive, to appease Satan (though they called him a “god” and named him Molech.)
In 2010 President Obama pledged that no tax-dollars would be used to kill pre-born children.
Turns out whatever “safe guards” were put in place, aren’t worth the paper their written on.
The Government Accounting Office is reporting massive numbers of claims via insurance/exchange participants that are paying for our people–not to burn them alive on the fires of worship to Molech–but rather–to have them burned alive in acid, have them dismembered, and in some cases have their skills crushed and their brains vacuumed out.
In its report, the GAO found that 23 states restrict how insurance plans offered in the ObamaCare exchanges may include abortion as a benefit, and 28 do not. The GAO then surveyed 18 insurance providers within the 28 states that do not restrict abortion coverage to determine how the coverage is being handled.
According to the GAO, 17 of the 18 providers surveyed said they were not billing policyholders separately for the abortion coverage.
“(The insurance providers) did not itemize the premium amount associated with non-excepted abortion services coverage on enrollees’ bills nor indicate that they send a separate bill for that premium amount,” the report said.
The remaining insurance provider told the GAO that their policyholders receive a separate charge on their bills “for coverage of services for which member subsidies may not be used.”
In response to the report, the Department of Health and Human Services said states and state insurance commissioners are primarily tasked with insuring provisions such as these are enforced, but that the agency will “address issues of concern in the appropriate matter.”
The agency said “CMS acknowledges additional clarification may be needed” on how abortion services may be covered under Obama Care health care plans.
Need more clarification?
Our sick society that disposes of children like recyclable waste has been groomed not to care about what happens–now even with tax dollars.
The question remains, will God judge us as harshly as the worshipers of Molech. Especially given that we’ve killed somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,000s to 1 from the Old Testament.
On Meet The Press now being hosted by Chuck Todd on NBC, the President says:
“The truth of the matter is that the politics did shift midsummer because of that problem,” Obama said in the interview, which will air on Sunday’s Meet the Press on NBC. “I want to spend some time, even as we’re getting all our ducks in a row for the executive action, I also want to make sure that the public understands why we’re doing this, why it’s the right thing for the American people, why it’s the right thing for the American economy.”
This is a President who is either so oblivious to the essence of how he comes off to the American people, or–and it’s a significant “or”–he just doesn’t care at this point.
And all you have to do to understand truly how much he doesn’t is to add up all the things he chooses to take actions on vs. the things he’s just fine with letting slide.
ISIS is a “manageable problem” but immigration is such a big issue that it is more important to give amnesty than to secure the border–particularly when ISIS has set up a base of operation in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Just across the border from El Paso! And all while letting Libyans into our flight schools, after telling our special ops in Benghazi to “stand down!”]]>
There sure are a lot of things that don’t seem the be getting very much press in the late summer of 2014. Especially those things that are related to our national security.
For instance this morning we are learning that Obama’s CIA slowed down response to the attacks in Benghazi–perhaps to the point of costing Ambassador Stevens his life.
But will this make the 6pm EST news cycle on the networks?
What’s even more insulting is that there appears to be a near complete blackout on such things by the major media of our nation.
For instance, in late August, it was discovered that the Obama administration quietly lifted the ban on Libyan students to be allowed to enroll in US Flight Schools (and also to begin again pursuing nuclear studies in the United States.)
The Obama administration has lifted longtime restrictions on Libyans attending flight schools in the United States and training here in nuclear science, according to a final amendment of the ban recently approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Less than two years after the deadly terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is poised to sign off on an amendment reversing the ban, which was enacted following a wave or terrorist attacks in 1980s and prevents Libyans from studying these sensitive trades in the United States.
This is significant not only in the scope of how long the ban had been in place, but also since our most recent–and well remembered–terrorist attack occurred IN Libya on 09.11.12. But no major media decided it important enough to report on to date.
An attack we still don’t have reliable answers about.
Additionally the major press outlets have been almost as negligent in reporting on the MISSING 11 JET LINERS from… wait for it… Libya.
Some have written it off as saying that “authorities are not confirming” (as does Snopes–which qualifies with the term “mostly”.) But it took until yesterday for the USAToday to finally mention it.
As long as our administration is admitting THEY HAVE NO STRATEGY to combat lethal terror threats, as long as they are still unwilling to answer for their own actions during terror attacks, and as long as they continue to do things in what they hope is the dead of summer, we must and will demand answers to these questions!]]>

FERGUSON, Mo. — Authorities on Tuesday delayed revealing the identity of the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed teen three days ago, citing threats against the officer on social media.
“If we come out and say, ‘it was this officer,’ then he immediately becomes a target,” Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson said. “We’re taking the threats seriously.”
Two families who lived just miles apart were reeling from a shared tragedy Tuesday after a Bronx cop and a 59-year-old man died in a wrong-way crash on the New York State Thruway.
NYPD Officer Richard Christopher, 32, was off-duty and driving south “in the northbound lanes of I-87 for unknown reasons,” according to a New York State Police statement, when he hit an SUV driven by James DeVito of Airmont.
Two German artists have claimed responsibility for the white flags planted on the Brooklyn Bridge last month — offering compelling video evidence that even the NYPD thinks is legit.
Mischa Leinkauf, 37, and Matthias Wermke, 35, of Berlin, said they simply wanted to “show the beauty of public space” — not humiliate the Police Department or fuel terrorism fears.
A traveling petting zoo has been identified by Minnesota health officials as the source of an E. coli outbreak that so far has infected 13 people and required seven of them to be admitted to hospitals.
The Austin Police Department will start ticketing children for good deeds. It’s part of an initiative called Operation Chill.
The idea behind the program is to reward youngsters for their good behavior. The ticket is actually a coupon for a free 7-Eleven Slurpee.

Tatiana Swiderski, 25, said her bosses at the Fifth Avenue store turned a blind eye the harassment — refusing to call cops on the pervy patrons and holing her away in the stock room for complaining.
“They made it their mission to make me feel invalidated,” Swiderski told the Daily News. “They tried to make me feel like I was a crazy over-reactor.”
Now she’s suing the chain for sexual harassment and retaliation.

A 10-year-old girl playing in the surf at Coney Island made a shocking and potentially deadly discovery Monday afternoon, finding a loaded gun buried on the packed beach, cops said.
The kid found the 9 mm firearm under about two feet of sand near West 19th Street at 2:15 p.m., and brought it to a lifeguard, according to police.
Nutley will be overnight “fogging” in and around DeMuro Park next week in an effort to control the bird population, the township announced Monday.
The Bird Doctor Nationwide plans to apply the Thermal Dyna Fogger between Monday, Aug. 18, and Saturday, Aug. 23, in an area bordering Bloomfield, Margaret, Van Winkle and Wilson avenues. DeMuro Park will be closed from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. those evenings.
The fogger contains a methyl anthranilate aerosol, which the township states is environmentally responsible. The EPA has classified the chemical as a naturally occurring flavorant, and the FDA has labeled it “generally regarded as safe.” It is also used in grape gum.

The United States is sending weapons directly to Kurdish forces in Iraq who have begun to roll back gains made by Sunni militants, according to a published report.
The Associated Press, citing senior U.S. officials, reported early Monday that the weapons were being provided to the Kurds. The officials did not specify which government agency is supplying the weapons, but one did say it is not the Pentagon. However, the officials did say that the Obama administration is close to approving a plan for the Pentagon to arm the Kurds.
Providing weapons to Kurdish forces is a reversal of U.S. policy, which had previously only allowed for selling arms directly to the Iraqi government. In recent days, the U.S. military has been helping facilitate weapons deliveries from the Iraqis to the Kurds, providing logistic assistance and transportation to the north.
South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham sounded the alarm Sunday about the growing threat of Islamic State launching an attack on American soil unless President Obama takes more decisive action to stop the terror group’s surge across Iraq and Syria.
Graham, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, told “Fox News Sunday” that the well-funded, swiftly-strengthening organization, which has taken control of large parts of both Middle East countries, is a “direct threat to our homeland.”
“Mr. President, be honest with the threat we face,” Graham said. “They are coming.”
Graham was critical of the president’s decision late last week to order a series of limited airstrikes at Islamic State military installations in northern Iraq to stop members from killing American personnel and the thousands of Christians, Kurds and others who have fled into the Sinjar Mountains.
HAWTHORNE, N.J. — One person was killed and several others were injured when a pickup truck drove into a farmers market in northern New Jersey.

Hawthorne Mayor Richard Goldbergtold NJ.com that the pickup truck drove through a barricade, struck several people and briefly dragged a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mikayla Capers sported a broad smile across her face and two round scars on her chest.
The 7-year-old girl, two months after surviving a knife-wielding maniac’s attack in a Brooklyn elevator, danced and posed for pictures Saturday in her first public appearance since the stabbing.
“I’m feeling good and it’s because you all supported me,” Mikayla said at the National Action Network’s Harlem headquarters. “Thank you for your kindness . . . I’m feeling good.”
Mikayla — wearing a purple and pink dress — was eager to return to school after recovering from 16 stab wounds inflicted during the savage June 1 attack that killed her 6-year-old pal P.J. Avitto.
FREMONT — A health textbook that talks about masturbation, foreplay and erotic touch, among other sexual education topics, will stay even though some parents are objecting to it on the grounds it’s inappropriate for their ninth grade children.
The school board voted 3-2 on June 25 to purchase copies of “Your Health Today” for $204,600 after an extensive review process that included input from teachers and parents, said school board President Lara Calvert-York. It was chosen over six other books under consideration and the district has no plans to pull it from classrooms, she said.
But that approval process the book went through hasn’t dulled the fury of parents who say the book’s information on sex is way too advanced. A petition on the website Care2 has over 1,500 online signatures calling for the book’s removal.
“There’s a section that tells you how to talk to your prospective partners about your sexual history,” said Asfia Ahmed, a parent and school district employee who said she may sue the district if it does not remove the book. “How does that relate to a 14-year-old kid? I don’t see it at all.”
Like it or not, kids or no kids, California taxpayers could find themselves signed up for diaper duty, footing the bill – Assembly Bill 1516, that is – for diapers for needy families.
The newly proposed bill, which could reportedly cost taxpayers $100 million annually, would provide eligible families with $80 a month to be spent on diapers for their children under two years old.
Intended to fall under the umbrella of the Golden State’s current welfare network, CalWORKs (California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids), AB 1516 would be the first legislative act giving free diapers to citizens at taxpayers’ expense.
Proponents of the controversial groundbreaking bill are ecstatic to see it come as far as it has and consider it to be a taxpayer obligation.
“When you have an identifiable problem preventing women from self-sufficiency and there is an identifiable barrier, shouldn’t we help that along when we can?” said the author of the bill, Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez (D-San Diego), according to FoxNews.com. “To be quite frank, I am delighted but a little surprised that we’ve gotten it this far.”
Many single mothers may be moving back home.
Census statistics show many single mothers are not living in their own households.
Census Bureau stats indicate that 20% of women giving birth in 2012 were living in someone else’s home. Alison Howard of Concerned Women for America tells OneNewsNow that as a matter of moving back in with family, it may be in the best interest of the child because it’s well known what happens to single mothers with children.
“In the 1960s the percentage of children born outside of marriage was less than 10%,” she says. “Now it’s over 40%, and statistically children in single parent homes don’t do as well in school. They’re five times as likely to be poor compared to peers born to married parents. That’s an unfortunate and hard reality to swallow, but it’s the truth.”
Children of single mothers are more likely to drop out of school, abuse drugs and alcohol and spend time in jail.
“We want to end this breakdown of marriage so that kids can do better and women can do better and American families can do better,” she says. “A strong family leads to a strong economy and leads to a strong country.”

Just when you thought we couldn’t get any worse news from the southern border… We did!
According to border authorities, in reports deemed “sensitive” and not initially expected to be revealed to the general public, we’ve learned that 71 persons have crossed our border recently…
…from the three nations fighting the Ebola outbreak!
Also dozens to hundreds have crossed who originally started their journeys to America, from Pakistan (where we killed Osama bin Ladin), Egypt (the nation with the largest number of Muslim Brotherhood, er “brothers,”) and Yemen (the nation hosting the new and improved global home for all things Al Qaeda.)
Deadly diseases there is no cure for, and lots of terrorism, welcomed at the gateway to the future–President Obama’s southern border.
IRBIL, Iraq – Militants with the Islamic State extremist group on Sunday seized two small towns in northern Iraq after driving out Kurdish security forces, further expanding the territories under their control, officials and residents said.
The fresh gains by the Sunni extremist militants have forced thousands of residents to flee from the religiously mixed towns of Zumar and Sinjar, toward the northern self-ruled Kurdish region, the United Nations said. Some of them were trapped in an open rugged area, it added.
An Israeli soldier in Jerusalem was shot and seriously wounded by a gunman on a motorcycle Monday near the closing of a seven-hour humanitarian cease-fire window, according to Israeli media reports.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said authorities are searching for the shooter in east Jerusalem.
“Multiple shots were fired, one man was hit in the stomach and rushed to the hospital in serious condition,” hetold the Jerusalem Post.
Shortly before the reported attack, the lull in the Gaza Strip fighting between Israel and Hamas was broken by an assault in Jerusalem in which a man rammed the front end of a construction excavator into an Israeli bus.
A triathlete’s trek was cut short on Sunday morning during the New York City Triathlon.
EMS responders and event staff pulled a man in his early 50s out the Hudson River near W. 99th St. after he went into cardiac arrest during the swimming portion of the triathlon.
A lifeguard said the swimmer’s eyes rolled back into his head and he became unconscious.
“The swimmer was blue, he was not breathing, he was in bad shape. But thankfully he’s OK,” said Cary Epstein, head of the triathlon’s lifeguards.

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. (AP) – Police say two 17-year-old boys have been charged with breaking into a Pennsylvania home and baking drug-laced brownies.
Police say the burglary happened late July 22 in Perkiomen Township, though the department only recently publicized it.
Police say the boys were found with drug paraphernalia and more than 2 pounds of the unspecified drug used to make the brownies.
The boys have been charged in Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
One cup of Bitty Foods’ cricket flour contains 28 grams of protein, and Ms. Miller believes it could replace wheat flour in everything from pasta to bread to cake.
“My vision is that we’re going to boost the protein content of all the staple foods that we eat,” she says. “And we’re going to need a really sustainable and plentiful protein source to do that with.”
Ms. Miller and other edible-insect entrepreneurs also think crickets could appeal to people concerned with environmental sustainability. The insects take just six to eight weeks to reach maturity and, because they don’t require much food, water or land and produce low levels of greenhouse gas emissions, they have a smaller carbon footprint than, say, a cow.
