2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
The administration has ushered in a whole new reality: 7 in 10 small businesses can not afford to hire even ONE more worker before the end of the year. Not only that the DNC is punishing North Carolina by exporting jobs that should be going to Charlotte area businesses, to union based operations in Washington DC.
