ON THE KEVIN McCULLOUGH SHOW:
1. THE HEADLINE ITEMS:
Hurricane Irene, came and went. Too much hype? Maybe, maybe not. And what about all the side effects of the hurricane, should some people be punished for their bad behavior… particularly as it sets an example to children? Your calls at 877.572 8446.
2. THE PRACTICAL DILEMMA:
Goshen College has bounced the national anthem in favor of another tune to play before their athletic events this school year. They did so because the actual national anthem refers to war. The song they picked to replace: America The Beautiful. But the question begs, “Would there be any America the beautiful, without war?” What say you? Your calls at 877.572 8446.
3. The God Thought:
“This is how God leads His children: Always one step at a time. As we walk into the light we have, the light moves forward, and we can see the nest step to take.”
