The idea that putting the 9/11 mastermind on trial has in some way subsided in the past week is pure fiction. Eric Holder’s testimony to Congress did little to convince Americans that he had made a good decision. His answer to 9/11 families… “You’re just gonna have to trust me.” Oddly enough it seems his boss, President Barack Obama was promising a military trial expressly for KSM back when was still a Senator. And Senator Lindsey Graham dismantled the Holder silliness.
